Missed Appointment Policy:

Kline Chiropractic requires you to contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to schedule one of our other patients in need for that time giving them the benefit of our care.

It is very unfortunate when a patient in acute pain cannot get in for care and a scheduled patient does not show for their appointment. We would like to eliminate this from happening when at all possible.

As much as we would like to be able to allow for every possible reason for last minute cancellations, Kline Chiropractic has a 24-hour cancellation policy in all events and circumstances that may require you to cancel your appointment in 24-hours. There are two exceptions in which the fee will be waived: if a friend or family member, who is a current patient, attends the appointment in your place or we are able to fill the slot. Giving us as much notice as possible will result in a much better chance of filling that appointment time.

Kline Chiropractic provides care for numerous individuals, and missed or cancelled appointments take away time that could have been spent providing care for others. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy.

 

 Weather Closings:

All office closings and delays will be found on the WTHR website/news station. When inclement weather occurs please check the WTHR website to determine if your appointment will be affected. All appointments that occur during a closing or delay will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
