General Practice Policies

Kline Chiropractic is a single physician practice. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and care is provided one-on-one.

Please arrive on time or a little bit early for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full benefit of your visit. 

Appointment rates are listed at the time of booking so you know what to expect before scheduling.

Insurance & Payment

Kline Chiropractic is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly and is out-of-network for all insurances. Payment is due at the time of service.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA are accepted when applicable.) 

 

Missed Appointment Policy:

Kline Chiropractic requires you to contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to reschedule your appointment.

This allows the appointment time to be offered to another patient who may be in need of care. Missed or last-minute cancellations limit availability for others and disrupt the flow of the schedule. 

*Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will cost the rate of the appointment. 

Cancellation fees may be waived if: 

·The appointment time is filled by another patient, or

·A current patient attends the appointment in your place.
