A gentle, skill-based series you can return to anytime
This seven-day series offers simple, nervous-system-informed practices designed to support steadiness, awareness, and regulation during times of stress, transition, or overwhelm.
Each day introduces one practical skill you can use in daily life.
There is no pressure to complete this in order or on a set timeline.
Listening alone is enough.
How to Use This Series
- You can move through the days slowly or return to the same practice more than once
- You do not need to “catch up”
- Each practice stands on its own
This series is educational and experiential in nature.
It is not therapy or counseling and is not intended to replace medical care.
The Practices– You can begin with and repeat any day.
Day 1 — Arrival + Comfort
A grounding introduction to the series and the Butterfly Hug, a simple bilateral practice that supports steadiness and comfort.
Day 2 — Orientation to the Present
A short practice to help your nervous system orient to where you are right now, using your senses to support safety and presence.
Day 3 — Choice + Agency
A practice focused on reducing internal pressure and reconnecting with choice when things feel overwhelming or scattered.
Day 4 — Self-Compassion
A gentle practice for noticing how you relate to yourself under stress, and exploring what it feels like to meet your experience with kindness, safety, and care rather than pressure or self-judgement.
Day 5 — Capacity & Boundaries
A practice to help you notice what feels like “enough” today. This helps support realistic pacing, self-trust, and honoring your limits without force.

A Note on Pace
