A gentle grounding practice you can use anytime you’re feeling overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected. This includes a beautifully designed one-page PDF you can save to your phone and a guided audio version. You can listen to whenever you need a reset.
4-Week Nervous System Reset

A self-guided, four-week program created to help your nervous system settle, orient, and recalibrate after periods of stress or overwhelm.
This course is for people who:
- feel stuck in tension, stress, or reactivity
- feel tired but have difficulty fully resting
- feel disconnected from their body or signals of safety
- want a grounded starting point without pressure to “fix” anything
It may also be supportive if you’ve recently experienced:
- prolonged stress or burnout
- illness, injury, or recovery
- a major life transition
- loss or emotional strain
Each week includes simple education and gentle practices focused on awareness and regulation. The program is delivered primarily through audio, allowing you to listen in a way that feels supportive—without needing to stay focused on a screen.
This course is the foundation for all other online offerings.

This next chapter is designed to help integrate nervous system awareness into:

Rather than focusing on resetting again, this program supports living and functioning from a more regulated nervous system over time.
This offering is being developed as the natural next step after the reset.

At times, significant life events can disrupt nervous system regulation—even when a strong foundation is in place.
This future offering is being developed to support the nervous system through experiences such as:
- illness, injury, or surgery
- grief or loss of a loved one
- major life transitions

The focus will be on understanding how the nervous system responds to major events and how to support steadiness, recovery, and re-integration without forcing the process or starting over.
